The totals are in...

I finally broke out the 'Lowe's' envelope and tallied the results of the renovation projects to date.

Here's a summary:

Attic insulation, all new electrical in attic (2nd floor wiring): $581
General around the house expenses: $236
House furnishings(radiators, microwave): $251
Bedroom renovation (new drywall walls, make closet, new windows,
      new trim, redo floor): $1376
Tools purchased (reusable): $654

The reason Lowes sent me a Christmas card (grand total): $3098

Actually, it comes out right about where I expected it to. Of course the labor was all the family and me.

It was all worth it, not to mention I ended up with a 24' ladder, 1/4 sander, table saw and jigsaw.

Here's the detail for the bedroom renovation part. There's possibly a few receipts missing. For instance I didn't see the windows, but I know what I paid for them so I put it in the list.

This is pretty much in order of when it was purchased starting January of 2005 through March of 2006. Yeah. Unfortunately this project was stopped in the middle to do the attic insulation and redo all the electrical for the upstairs.
