Vote: What project next?

NOTE: The entertainment center and Porch are done. The dining room is under-way.
Keep in mind this house is a mixture of 1940 and 1980, so much needs done. I'm not ready to tackle the upstairs bathroom or kitchen yet, both of which will likely have to be done together due to plumbing issues.

The dining room walls have severely peeling wallpaper. I've considered adding a room on off the dining room, and it would be stupid to redo the room only to knock the wall out... but I know me I'll likely never add the room on. I don't have a decent table, and have no chairs so that will be a major purchase. The carpet will get ripped up and the hardwood underneath refinished. New drywall will be installed, likely over top of the old plaster - I'm not sure I'll ever try destroying plaster walls again. I need a new entry door and it may become part of this project.

My oldest daughter's bedroom needs redone as well with her bastardized closet that needs ripped out and rebuilt from scratch, and peeling wallpaper walls. It's not anywhere near as bad as the first bedroom was, but it's not pretty. It also needs new windows, drywall, and severe work on the ceiling. I'll also refinish the floors in the upstairs landing when I do this room.

The porch is pretty rotted in places, and leaks water through the roof. There's no roofing tiles, but there is roofing paper. It has an old crappy indoor/outdoor carpet I'd like to replace with stone tile. I also would like to build a pergola and/or deck to expand the outdoor living space towards the shed for grilling parties. This is probably the most expensive of the options though, as it may require a complete destruction of the patio roof.

The other thing is I need to build a corner mission-style entertainment center. The Sauder brand put together unit is severely showing it's age, and takes up way too much of the room for my taste. This one is my personal favorite, and will likely take the least amount of time and money. But it's not truly a remodel...
